The fine print. We kept it clear, because clarity is part of the deal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

When you use the G.I.R.L. website and services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. About G.I.R.L.

Girls International Racing Lab is a girls-only motorsport community offering racing events, experiences, and community activities. G.I.R.L. currently operates events in Denmark, the UAE (Dubai), Saudi Arabia (Jeddah), Germany, and other countries as announced.

3. Eligibility

G.I.R.L. is open to girls and women of all ages. No prior racing experience is required. The age at which you can independently create an account varies by country (see our Privacy Policy for details). In Denmark, the digital consent age is 15.

Participants below the consent age in their country must have parental or guardian consent to register and participate.

4. Account Registration

When you join, give us real information. You are responsible for your account and everything that happens on it. Membership is open to all on equal terms.

5. User Conduct

As a member of the G.I.R.L. community, you agree to:

• Treat all community members with respect and kindness
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behaviour
• Follow safety guidelines at all events and activities
• Not use the platform for commercial purposes without permission
• Respect the intellectual property of G.I.R.L. and its partners

6. Events and Activities

G.I.R.L. hosts racing events and community activities internationally. Participation in motorsport activities carries inherent physical risks, including contact, collision, and mechanical failure.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Event-specific participation agreements and safety waivers will be required at registration. For participants under 18, a parent or guardian must sign all event-related documents.

G.I.R.L. reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events due to safety concerns, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Photography and Media

Events may be photographed and recorded for community and promotional purposes. Photography consent is collected separately from event registration. You may participate without consenting to be photographed.

For participants under 18, guardian consent is always required for photography. Photos and media shared within the community must respect the privacy and dignity of all members. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Merchandise and Purchases

G.I.R.L. may offer merchandise through our website. All purchases are subject to the following terms:

• Right of withdrawal: EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery (EU Consumer Rights Directive)
• Minors: purchasers must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian complete the transaction. Minor contracts may be voidable under applicable law
• Returns: customised or personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal
• VAT: prices include applicable VAT. Cross-border EU sales are handled through the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

For paid events or activities, cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of registration. In general: cancellations more than 14 days before an event receive a full refund, 7-14 days receive a 50% refund, and less than 7 days are non-refundable.

If G.I.R.L. cancels an event, you will receive a full refund. Force majeure events (weather, public health, venue issues) may result in rescheduling rather than refund.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we handle your data. For information about cookies and tracking, see our Cookie Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site (text, images, logos, software) belongs to AHL 1212 ApS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Do not copy, share, or make derivative works without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

G.I.R.L. provides its services "as is" with no warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, under Danish law.

13. Third-Party Services

Our site may link to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

14. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the Danish Forbrugeraftaleloven (Consumer Contracts Act), or the Danish Købeloven (Sale of Goods Act).

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Roskilde, Denmark, unless local regulations require otherwise. EU regulations, including GDPR, apply directly where applicable.
