PARTNERS

Make a difference.
No ambition too grand, no partner too small.

Stay updated, join events, and help change the face of motorsport for good.

What we are

A global community showing girls that motorsport is for them too.

The car is the muscle. A girl competes on the exact same terms as a boy.

G.I.R.L. changes that. Not by demanding a seat, by showing girls already in it.

The gap

4 million boys.
150,000 girls.

Not about ability. About access, visibility, and who got told they belonged.

Alba Larsen

Meet Alba.

Scuderia Ferrari HP. Racing in F1 Academy. Mentored by Kevin Magnussen.

From a borrowed go-kart to Ferrari Driver Academy as the first Dane. Inaugural FIA Woman in Motorsport Award.

Alba is prominent throughout G.I.R.L., but she is not the whole story. She is the proof. The community is the movement.

“I created G.I.R.L. because I realised there were no real role models, and no real support. G.I.R.L. exists so that journey is a model, not a miracle.”

Racing

Your first lap starts here.

Imagine this: you are strapped into a racing car. The engine hums. The visor clicks down. When the light goes green, nothing else exists, just you, the track, and pure speed.

Here’s what makes motorsport different from every other sport: the car provides the power. In football, swimming, athletics, physical size and strength create a natural advantage. In a racing car, that advantage disappears completely. A girl competes on exactly the same terms as a boy. Same car, same track, same rules. No separate categories, no adjusted standards. The car is the muscle. You bring the focus, the courage, and the competitive fire.

G.I.R.L. organizes girls-only track days at circuits around the world. Professional instructors walk you through everything, from how to sit in the car to how to take your first corner at speed. There is no pressure to be fast, no expectation to know anything beforehand. Some girls show up having never touched a go-kart. Others have been dreaming about this for years. Everyone starts in the same place, and everyone leaves smiling.

You don’t need a license, your own equipment, or any experience at all. Just show up. We handle the cars, the helmets, the instruction. Your only job is to try it.

In motorsport, the car is the muscle. The playing field was always equal. Now everyone gets to know.

The most equal sport on earth.

Community

Community

The friendships that change everything.

Something happens when it is just girls. The atmosphere shifts. The pressure to perform or prove yourself disappears. You can make mistakes without feeling watched.

That’s what G.I.R.L. is at its core: a community of girls and young women who are curious about motorsport, or already in love with it, or somewhere in between. A place where you don’t have to explain why you care about racing. A place where you never wonder if you belong.

Nobody shows up knowing anyone. That’s the beauty of it. A girl from Copenhagen meets someone from Dubai, from London, from São Paulo. They share a track day, swap helmets, exchange Instagrams. By the end of the weekend, they’re planning their next event together. These friendships don’t stay at the track. They carry over into real life. Into school, into travel, into careers.

Our community spans more than 20 countries, and it’s growing every month. What ties everyone together is not talent or experience. It’s curiosity and courage. The courage to try something new, to show up somewhere you’ve never been, and to trust that you’re welcome even if you don’t know a single person in the room. You are.

Worldwide and growing. Nobody shows up knowing anyone. Everyone leaves with friends.

You belong here.

Fitness

Train like a racing driver.

Racing is one of the most physically demanding sports in the world. During a single session, your heart rate can spike to 170 bpm. G-forces pull at your neck with a force that builds through every corner.

But you don’t have to be an athlete to start. Fitness in motorsport isn’t about lifting heavy or running marathons. It’s about building the strength and endurance that racing demands: a strong neck, a stable core, sharp reaction time, and the ability to focus under physical stress. These are things anyone can train, at any level, with minimal equipment.

G.I.R.L. fitness is designed to be accessible. Short sessions you can do at home. Simple exercises that build exactly the muscles you’ll use behind the wheel. No gym memberships required. No complicated programs. The philosophy is always the same: minimum effort, maximum result.

And the confidence you build through physical training doesn’t stay on the track. The feeling of being strong, of knowing your body can handle pressure. That carries into everything. Into school, into competitions, into life.

Your body is the machine behind the machine. Minimum effort, maximum result.

Fast. Bold. Competitive. Confident.

Nutrition

Nutrition

Eat your vegetables first. Always.

No diets. No calorie counting. No superfoods with unpronounceable names. G.I.R.L. nutrition is built on simple, memorable rules that you can follow without thinking about it.

Real food. Close to origin. Eat your vegetables first. Drink water before anything else. Choose food that looks like it came from a farm, not a factory. These are not restrictions. They are habits that stick.

The connection between food and performance is real. What you eat before a race affects your reaction time, your focus, and how long you can sustain concentration at high speed. A good meal gives you energy that lasts. A bad one makes you sluggish before you even get into the car. Eat well, race better. It really is that simple.

But this isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being aware. Understanding that a banana before a session matters more than a fancy protein shake. Knowing that hydration starts the day before, not five minutes before you put on your helmet. Learning to listen to your body instead of following someone else’s meal plan.

Start with one rule. Then add another. Before you know it, eating well just becomes part of who you are. Not because someone told you to, but because you feel the difference.

Eat well. Race better. It’s that simple.

Games

You don’t need a track to start.

You do not need a track. You do not need a car. You do not even need to leave your room. Sim racing lets you practice, compete, and connect with girls worldwide.

This isn’t just playing games. Sim racing is used by professional racing teams as a serious training tool. F1 drivers sharpen their reflexes on the same simulators you can access at home. The tracks are recreated down to every kerb and corner. The physics engine simulates real grip, real braking, and real racing conditions. And when you do get to a real track, everything feels familiar.

For G.I.R.L., sim racing is the bridge between events. When we can’t meet up in the real world, we meet online. Same competition, same community, same energy, just digital. It’s how we stay connected between track days. It’s how girls from different countries race each other on a Tuesday evening. And it’s how many girls get their very first taste of competitive racing before they ever sit in a real car.

You can start with a gaming console and a basic setup. You can start with no experience at all. There are no qualifying rounds, no rankings to worry about. Just an open door and a community that’s happy to show you the way.

Start anywhere. Level up when you’re ready.

Why this matters

Sometimes a girl leaves a G.I.R.L. event determined to become the world's best drummer. That is not a failure. That is exactly what we are here for.

Girls drop out of sport earlier than boys. G.I.R.L. exists at the top of the funnel, welcoming girls into physical challenge and community before they opt out.

Motorsport is the vehicle. Confidence is the destination.
